General questions

All of our providers are board certified and members of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Our practice was first established at our North Peoria Location in January 2008. Our Parkwest location opened March 2011.
We see children from the ages of newborn to 21 years of age.
Our parking is very convenient at both locations with spaces available right outside our front doors.

We are open at both locations M-F 8am to 5pm. The phones lines open at 7:30am. Saturdays are by appointment only.Our North Peoria location is open on Saturdays from 9am to Noon. The phone lines open at 8am. We do not offer Saturday appointments at our Parkwest location.
We offer same day sick appointments. Routine well child exams can sometimes be accommodated same day, if not normally within the same week or the following.
We ask that if you cannot make it to an appointment or no longer need to be seen, to please call in advance so that we may open that slot for another child.
We have separate waiting rooms for sick and well children at both of our locations.
We have patient restrooms with changing tables available for patient and parent use.
We do not make house calls.
We offer a triage/referral/prescription line for parents during normal office hours. Please listen to all the prompts to get you to the correct department. You can also connect with our billing department by following the prompts.
Our providers are on call after hours. Please call the regular office line and follow the prompts. You will then be connected to one of our providers. Our after-hours line is for urgent questions and established patients only. If you are calling regarding a prescription refill, referral, formula question or anything that is not urgent, please wait to call during normal office hours. Our website provides helpful links such as a symptom checker, correct dosages for medication and CDC vaccine information.
Our physicians have privileges to see newborns at Arrowhead Hospital, Banner Thunderbird and Banner Estrella. We evaluate newborns within 24 hours of his or her birth. We do not see newborns at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, but we are affiliated.
Our practice follows the CDC guidelines for immunizations. We will accept alternate vaccine schedules, but parents will need to sign a refusal form for any vaccine they do not want to give according to CDC schedule.
We offer the Flu and Tdap vaccines to any person caring for anychild(ren) depending upon their insurance plans. Please ask a team member for more information.
